Santa's got Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen. But The Young and the Restless has got Aileen Quinn, best known for her role in the 1982 film Annie.
The actress will be dropping by Genoa City for a cameo musical appearance for the soap opera's Christmas Eve episode, airing Friday, December 23, Soap Opera Digest reports.
"Dying!!" wrote Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Newman) on Instagram along with a video of her singing with her musically-inclined co-star. "Had the pleasure of meeting (and stalking) Aileen Quinn today as she guest stars on our show! She played Annie (my spirit animal) in the 1982 movie (my obsession as a child...okay fine, still to this day) Thanks for the walk down memory lane @aileenquinnofficial !!!!!"
But Quinn isn't the only exciting appearance Y&R fans can look forward to that day. As Soap Central previous reported, Judith Chapman will be reprising her role as Gloria that same episode, making this one very merry Christmas, indeed.
