Ivy voiced her concern to Sam about Sheridan's safety. She shared her belief that Alistair blamed his daughter for Katherine's death. Sam and Ivy grew closer.
While Ethan and Gwen made love in hopes of creating a baby, Theresa sneaked into the mansion to see Little Ethan.
T.C. and Eve shared some romantic time together, but a furious Whitney interrupted so she could tell her father about Eve's betrayal with Julian. Fox worked to stop his father's secret from being revealed, while Liz fought to expose her sister.
Julian tried to warn Luis that Alistair posed a great danger to Sheridan and that he had to do something to save her. Luis was taken aback by Julian's passions and saw a compassionate side to him that he had never seen before. Julian told Luis how Alistair had destroyed the one love of his life and said Luis couldn't let history repeat itself.
Miguel saw a side to Charity that he'd never known existed. She seemed to have lost her innocence and sweetness. Kay tried to make him see that Charity had changed, and he should let her go. Meanwhile, Charity decided to cut loose and play the part of a bad girl, since it seemed to be the only thing that counted in the world.
T.C. was puzzled and upset when he saw how hateful Whitney was acting toward her mother, Eve. Meanwhile, Whitney told Eve that she was going to make sure T.C. knew how she had lied to him. Liz was doing her best to turn T.C. against Eve while Eve tried to make peace with her daughter.
Charity was busy being "bad" -- including dancing on the table in a barely there outfit as well as kissing strange guys. Miguel was infuriated by her uncharacteristic behavior, and try as she might, Kay could not keep him from dragging Charity out of the club. Miguel and Charity had a talk; he went to get her something warm to drink, making her agree to stay there so they could talk. Kay walked in and berated Charity about stringing Miguel along. Kay asked if Charity wanted little Maria to not have a father, and Charity, remembering her deal with death, decided to leave. Naturally, Miguel was heartbroken by it.
Eve and Whitney were still going at it, with Whitney constantly calling her mother names -- but not letting Eve say anything in her own defense. T.C. engaged in the argument numerous times, always defending Eve, which made Whitney even more upset. T.C. and Liz got into an argument of their own -- during which T.C. accused Liz of confusing Eve for her own sister.
Julian and Luis were continuing their strange heart-to-heart about the women they loved. Luis tried to offer Julian advice to get back the woman he'd lost, but as Julian explained, there was no hope, for that woman was married. Julian said he might be able to offer his lost love comfort in a way he never could before and decided he would go to her house.
Luis said he was going to see Dr. Russell because she could help him figure out what was going on with Sheridan in the psychiatric ward. Julian said he'd go with Luis, much to Luis' surprise, and he asked Julian, "The woman you love is at Eve's house?" They left together to go to the Russells'.
Charity hated fooling Miguel by flirting and dancing with other men, but she didn't know of any other way to convince him that she wanted to break up with him -- which she really didn't. Kay was delighted that Charity was self-destructing but didn't know she was only doing it because she'd made a deal with death to spare the life of Kay's daughter.
Miguel fought with the men in the ski lodge and was dragged out by security just as Charity began to strip.
Julian promised to help Luis save Sheridan from the psychiatric ward and the danger posed by Alistair. Meanwhile, Alistair pressured Dr. Ackland to continue giving Sheridan shock treatments, hoping the treatments would wipe out Sheridan's memory of Luis.
Whitney was just about to tell T.C. that Eve had been sneaking around to see Julian behind his back when Julian and Luis burst in. Julian wouldn't let Eve take any abuse from Whitney or T.C. That sent T.C. around the bend, and a fight broke out in a hurry.
Gwen was ready to spend a romantic night with Ethan, but Ethan was busy comforting Little Ethan after he was separated from Theresa again. Ethan secretly promised the boy he'd see Theresa again soon. Meanwhile, Theresa was heartbroken over leaving Little Ethan again. Fox comforted her, and she cried on his shoulder. They drew together in a passionate kiss.
Beth made up her mind to murder Gwen to keep her quiet and planned to attack her in the Crane garage. Meanwhile, Liz pressured Whitney to tell T.C. what she knew about Eve's betrayal. Then, Simone arrived and confronted Whitney about taking Chad away from her.
Eve, Luis, and Julian presented a three-way plan to save Sheridan. Eve tried to see Sheridan as her doctor, but Antonio refused to let her see Sheridan. Julian confronted Alistair and demanded to know what he was up to. Meanwhile, Luis was trying to reach Sheridan as she continued to receive electroshock therapy.
