Well, that was fast. Just six months after purchasing a beautiful Toluca Lake bungalow, Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman, The Young and the Restless) has sold the property.
Variety reports that the actress flipped the Spanish-style mini-compound, paying a tad above $1.2 million back in October and selling the place for a little under $1.4 million. The property is listed at Compass with both Nate Smith and Ordway's musician-turned-real-estate-agent husband, Justin Gaston (ex-Ben Rogers, Days of our Lives), listed as the selling agents.
The charming 1920s bungalow was extensively renovated and updated prior to the Ordway-Gastons' purchase. The property offers three bedrooms and two up-to-date bathrooms, a detached garage that has been converted to a pint-sized guesthouse, and a third, shed-like structure tucked behind the guesthouse that could serve as an art studio, yoga retreat, or home office.
Ordway isn't the only Y&R star to recently sell a home. As Soap Central previously reported, Joshua Morrow (Nicholas Newman) recently sold his gorgeous $4.9 million property, while Eva Longoria (ex-Isabella Braņa) just sold her Hollywood Hills compound that formerly belonged to Tom Cruise.
