S.W.A.T. actor Shemar Moore, known to soap fans for his role as The Young and the Restless' Malcolm Winters, is on the hunt for a buyer to take over his Spanish-style home in Encino. The property is listed at $2.596 million.
Some of the features of the five-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home -- which was built in 1963 -- include dark wood floors, high ceilings, a living room with a fireplace, a center-island kitchen, a dining room that opens to a front terrace, a fenced courtyard with a custom waterfall, a custom swimming pool, a fire pit and patio space, and a three-car garage.
Says the official listing for the property, where additional photos are located, "This is more than just a home...it's your personal paradise."
According to the Los Angeles Times, Moore used the same trust that holds the Encino property to buy a newly built, 9,055-square-foot spec house in Sherman Oaks earlier this year for $5.8 million.
Moore played Y&R's Malcolm Winters from 1994 until 2005 and returned for special episodes in 2014 and 2019. Some of his other credits include Criminal Minds, The Bounce Back, and Birds of Prey.
