The premise alone is enough to grab attention for the upcoming film Walk. Ride. Rodeo, which is based on an inspirational true story of an aspiring barrel racer who is left paralyzed after an automobile accident. But the cast is also quite a head turner, especially for daytime fans.
The Netflix drama, set to air later this year, is based on the incredible true story of nationally ranked barrel racer Amberley Snyder (Spencer Locke), who at 19 barely survived an automobile accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down. With the support of her family, physical therapy, and her own inspiring determination, Amberly fights to earn back her place in the sport she loves.
As Soap Central previously reported, The Young and the Restless star Alyvia Alyn Lind (ex-Faith Newman) plays the young version of Amberley in the film that also features Y&R alum Max Ehrich (ex-Fenmore Baldwin) as Amberley's boyfriend and One Life to Live alum Corbin Bleu (ex-Jeffrey King) as her physical therapist.
Ehrich starred as Y&R's Fenmore from 2012 to 2015, while Lind played Faith on a recurring basis from 2011 to 2018. Bleu played Jeffrey in the online version of OLTL in 2013.
Walk. Ride. Rodeo is set to debut on Netflix on Friday, March 8. Check out the teaser trailer below and let us know what you think in the comments section that follows.
