Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, Paige Rowland was introduced to show business in her teens as a model for the Elite Modeling Agency. Modeling lead to acting; Rowland has had roles in plays, feature films, and guest appearances in several prime-time shows, including Beverly Hills 90210, Silk Stalkings, and Diagnosis Murder. In 1997 she won the recurring role of Dr. Debra Thomas on the soap opera Days of our Lives. From 1998-1999 she played All My Children's Christine "Kit" Montgomery, earning a Soap Opera Weekly Performer of the Week Award in November 1998. In January 1999, Soap Opera News listed Rowland as one of daytimes "50 Rising Stars."
Self-described as having a bit of wanderlust, this student of the world has attended Ohio State University, Emory University, University of California in Los Angeles and Tel Aviv University, where she studied biblical archaeology.
Since her departure from All My Children in 1999, Paige Rowland has had roles in the films Lady in the Box (1999) and Doomsdayer (2000) as well as starring in the play Inherit the Wind. Rowland has also guest-starred on TNN's 18 Wheels of Justice and UPN's 7 Days.
When Paige is not acting, she can be found writing children's stories or poetry. Her hobbies include horseback riding, snow skiing and running with her dog, Soleil. Paige resides in Manhattan.
