Jeff Branson
Originally from Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Jeff Branson moved to New York City in 1995 and attended an acting conservatory where he studied for two years. Upon completion of the program, he appeared in the feature films Shaft and Big Kahuna, and held starring roles in several independent films. No stranger to the New York stage, he has performed in several Off-Broadway shows and guest starred on television's Law & Order and Strangers with Candy.
In 2003, Mr. Branson played the role of young Alan Spaulding on Guiding Light and appeared on One Life to Live. He appeared for three years as Jonathan Lavery on All My Children and returned to Guiding Light -- as Shayne Lewis -- in 2008.
Mr. Branson has donated his time to support Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS. When not working, he enjoys sky diving, playing guitar, cooking and riding his bicycle around New York City.
