Santa's got a brand-new bag, and it's filled with majorly popular soap opera stars. A fan event called Christmas Con is slated for July 2020, and it celebrates holiday movie stars -- many of whom are also daytime favorites.
According to the event's official website, All My Children vets Jonathan Bennett (ex-J.R. Chandler) and Lacey Chabert (ex-Bianca Montgomery) will once again host the event that will include some familiar actors attending the holly and jolly event to meet fans and give autographs. They include:
Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Lawson Newman, The Young and the Restless; ex-Annie Lavery, AMC), Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan, Days of our Lives; ex-Maxie Jones, GH), Cameron Mathison (Ryan Lavery, AMC), Jesse Metcalfe (Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald, Passions), Ryan Paevey (ex-Nathan West, GH), Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco Jones, General Hospital; ex-Nick Marone, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-Jacques Dumont, Sunset Beach; ex-Warren Lockridge, Santa Barbara), Nikki DeLoach (ex-Brenda, Days of our Lives), Trevor Donovan (ex-Jeremy Horton, Days of our Lives), Jackée Harry (Lily Mason, Another World), Ashley Williams (Danielle Andropoulos, As the World Turns), and Erin Cahill (ex-Cassandra, GH).
All of the stars attending Christmas Con 2020 have appeared in holiday movies, most of which aired on Hallmark Channel.
"Only at Christmas Con can you create unforgettable memories, up close and personal with your Christmas favorites," states the ticket website for the event. "Ask them your burning questions, tell them how much their work means to you, and most of all, take home a cherished keepsake so you can relive the moment over and over again. How can you do this? Simply line up at the booth of each celebrity guests you would like to meet, where you can purchase an autograph and/or selfie with each."
Christmas Con 2020 will run from Friday, July 17, through Sunday, July 19, at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, California. There will also be a vendor's room, themed contests, a concert... and Santa Claus, of course! Unfortunately, not every celebrity will be on hand for all three days, and autographs and selfies must be purchased individually with cash.
