One Life to Live vet Kamar de los Reyes (ex-Antonio Vega) has been busy in recent months. The actor is currently part of a first-of-its-kind movie and one of the hottest video game franchises.
De los Reyes will appear as the bad guy in the action-packed video game, Call of Duty Black Ops II, the seventh in the popular series.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II is described as "a first-person shooter with stealth and tactical play" featuring "a variety of historically representative fictional Black Ops missions of the Cold War era."
The game is available on multiple gaming platforms, including Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
The actor is also working on the set of a new independent film, Hot Guys With Guns, a gay crime neo-noir flick with a twist.
FrontiersLA.com reports that a kick-off party for the movie took place October 22, where cast members read off teaser scenes to build up anticipation for the movie release.
De los Reyes joins a talented cast, which includes newcomers Marc Anthony Samuel and Brian McArdle as ex-lovers who become unwittingly locked in a triangle with a raunchy crime syndicate within Hollywood's Velvet Mafia.
In an interview with snowbiznow.com, writer and producer Doug Spearman hails the piece as the first full-on gay action film. Spearman is perhaps best-known to fans as Chance in the series Noah's Arc, but the actor briefly appeared on All My Children during the show's final months in 2011.
The creators hope to have Hot Guys With Guns completed in time to present at Outfest 2013, which will take place in July 2013.
De los Reyes portrayed OLTL's Antonio Vega from 1995 to 2009.
