General Hospital fans were introduced to a mysterious new character this week, shortly after Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) finished an intense workout session. As the ladies were recovering from their boot camp fitness routine, a personal trainer named Kendra Lennon gave them a compliment for a job well done. But viewers quickly realized that there's something nefarious lurking under Kendra's pleasant facade, and there's certainly more drama to come -- especially for Alexis, for whom it seems Kendra has a strange obsession.
For those wondering who is playing the peculiar Port Charles character, it is Michelle Argyris, who may already look familiar to eagle-eyed soap opera fans, as she previously appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful as a flight attendant named Margo back in 2016. But that isn't Argyris' only connection to daytime. She also played a small role on Blue Mountain State, a 2010-2011 comedy series that starred B&B's Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer) and Denise Richards (Shauna Fulton).
Some of Argyris' other acting credits include Shadowhunters, Hellcats, and Big Top Academy. The French and Macedonian actress is also a competitive dancer, a national gymnast, a world championship cheerleader, and a fitness instructor -- which means playing a fitness guru on GH probably won't be too difficult for the natural athlete!
At this time, it's unclear how long Argyris will stick around in Port Charles. But fans can look forward to plenty of drama unfolding in the weeks ahead, especially considering Kendra has been digging for information on Alexis and the 2010 hit-and-run in which she killed Kristina's abusive boyfriend, Kiefer Bauer (Christian Alexander).
