The popular game show Jeopardy! offered up some serious stumpers on Monday night's episode, which featured an entire category dedicated to General Hospital. And it wasn't just the contestants who had fun with the clues relating to the ABC soap opera.
Many of the long-running series' stars were thrilled that Port Charles had its day in the Jeopardy! sun via clips that included GH stars like Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber), Roger Howarth (Franco), Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones), Michelle Stafford (Nina Clay), Michael Easton (Hamilton Finn), Finola Hughes (Anna Devane), and Steve Burton (Jason Morgan).
"I haven't missed an episode of Jeopardy! in... I couldn't tell you how long," tweeted Hayley Erin (Kiki Jerome). "I literally watch every day and shout answers at the TV like a maniac. So you could say I'm a little excited about tonight's GH category."

"Maurice Benard [Sonny Corinthos] is so excited about tonight's GH Jeopardy!, he let out the dimples!!" tweeted Lisa Locicero, adding that the Q&A series is one of her favorite shows.

Even the soap's official Facebook handle got in on the fun, sharing a photo album of the excited GH stars who were thrilled about the soapy crossover.

The GH category seemed to be a huge success, and after the show aired, GH's executive producer Frank Valentini tweeted a thank you to the game show and all of the stars who participated in the special segment.
"Congrats to the all of the #GH actors who participated on Jeopardy tonight and thank you to Jeopardy!," he wrote. "We love being a part of your show!"

This is not the first time that Jeopardy! has had fun with soap performers. In 2017, the quiz show featured categories with stars of The Bold and the Beautiful on two different occasions.
