Port Charles is getting a soap opera blast from the past; General Hospital has cast daytime alum Alla Korot in a mystery role.
The actress will likely be super familiar to daytime fans, having appeared on a variety of shows -- as ex-Jenna Norris, Another World; ex-Allie Martin, All My Children; ex-Stacy Sloan, General Hospital: Night Shift; and ex-Janet Bernard, Days of our Lives, to be exact. She's also recently seen some primetime success as Grimm's Dasha Karpushin.
Soap Opera Digest was the first to report the casting news, with no other details being released at the moment.
In addition to acting, Ukrainian-born Korot owns an Internet-based skin care line called L'uvalla that can be found at high-end supermarkets.
