Good news for fans of Patrika Darbo's Days of our Lives character, Nancy Wesley. Even though the actress has joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Shirley Spectra, viewers haven't seen the last of her in Salem.
Darbo has already been airing on B&B for several weeks, but she says special circumstances allowed her to continue working at DAYS long after being asked to join the CBS soap.
"Because I committed to [some upcoming DAYS shows before being cast on B&B], Brad [Bell, B&B's executive producer] let me finish them," the actress told Soap Hub, adding that the episodes were written by the NBC soap's former writing team and will air in June.
"When I came back in 2013, Nancy took Parker to Rio, so she's always doing something nice to protect Chloe," Darbo teases of her final moments in Salem. "She loves Holly, too. Part of her wants to do the right thing. She also wants to protect her child."
