Hollywood real estate is hard to come by these days, which makes the latest news for Days of our Lives' Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans) all the more special: the actress will be receiving her star on the historical Walk of Fame this month.
News first broke that the longtime soap opera star would be joining former honorees Susan Lucci (ex-Erica Kane, All My Children) and Eric Braeden (Victor Newman, The Young and the Restless) with her very own star back in 2013. And Variety reports Hall will finally have her chance to shine when she receives her official spot on the famous walkway on Thursday, May 19.
Funny enough, the timing actually couldn't be more perfect: the actress celebrates her 40th anniversary with the NBC soap this year, as well.
Other soap icons to have gotten stars on the Walk of Fame include All My Children's Susan Lucci and Kelly Ripa, and The Young and the Restless' Eric Braeden.
