The Bold and the Beautiful is the first major entertainment behemoth to quench people's thirst for more of Kelleth Cuthbert, the woman who became the first meme of 2019 as the Fiji Water Girl at the Golden Globes.
The CBS soap opera took to social media (where else?) to announce that they had the viral sensation on set, but instead of carrying Fiji water bottles as she does behind the scenes in all of the red carpet photos that made her famous, she'll be carrying Forrester Creation water bottles when she makes her debut as the fashion company's new model, Raine, on Wednesday, February 6.

Shortly after the show whet viewers' appetites with teaser photos of Cuthbert on set, CBS Daytime executive vice president Angelica McDaniel gave a nod to B&B for giving the aspiring model one of her first post-Golden Globe jobs.
"Nobody turns it around as quickly as B&B!" she tweeted.

As it turns out, B&B is quite lucky to have snatched up Cuthbert when they did. Immediately after the Toronto native became an instant social media celebrity when the Golden Globes aired on January 7, she told ET that she was "bombarded with emails and offers and stuff" and spent the day following the award show "just kind of trying to sift through everything."
Though B&B was quick on the draw in hiring Cuthbert, its sister soap, The Young and the Restless, was actually the first to bring her into the soap world: just days after the 2019 Golden Globe Awards aired, Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin) posted a series of photos of himself dressed up as the Fiji Water Girl all around Genoa City.

Before becoming 2019's first cultural phenomenon, Cuthbert worked as a social worker in Canada, specializing in mental health and addiction counseling, while modeling on the side. She planned to apply for grad school, but the modeling work started going so well, she decided to take time off and fully commit to it. In the years since, she's done commercials, PSAs, and short films, and she's worked modeling gigs at other award shows.
So, with all that previous modeling experience, there's no way Cuthbert will be a fish out of water as a Forrester Creations model. She'll make her B&B appearance on February 6.
