Adain Bradley has checked in for the last time this year as The Bold and the Beautiful's Xander Avant. The Kansas-born actor reveals he is taking a temporary break from the CBS soap opera.
"This is my final day this year shooting. I'm done, 'cause I'm gonna go shoot my movie, my first movie," he shares in an Instagram video post. "This has been a crazy year for me. Been on for about eight months, and I just wanted to tell everybody thank you and there's more coming next year. But I'm going to go and shoot this movie real quick."
Bradley doesn't reveal any details about the film he's heading off to make, and there aren't any new projects listed on his IMDb page. Therefore, it looks like fans will have to wait and see for more details to be released.
As it turns out, fans will also have to wait and see if Bradley's on-set absence will affect his screen time as Xander or if the actor filmed enough scenes before he left to keep his character part of the action until he returns. At the moment, Xander and Zoe's father, Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady), are on shaky terms. Time will tell if the doctor eventually scares Xander out of town and away from his daughter!
In addition to B&B, Bradley's other credits include All About the Washingtons, Riverdale, and Mr. Student Body President.
What do you think about Bradley taking a break from B&B in order to make a film? Would you be crushed if his absence takes Xander off-screen?
